How much does it cost to list?
Every listing placed on The Market Place is FREE!
How long does my listing last?
Each listing will last for 30 days. 7 days prior to your listing ending you will be sent an email to notify you. You may renew your listing for another 30 days at this time. There is no limit on the amount of times you may renew your listing. All expired listings will be removed from the system 7 days after the date of expiry.
What happens when I have sold my item?
When your item has been sold and the transaction completed, it is your responsibility to remove your listing from the site. This will prevent you from being contacted about an item that is no longer for sale. If you do not remove your listing, we will remove it 7 days after the listing has expired.
How does the buyer pay for their purchase?
The Market Place does not take part in the actual transaction between the seller and buyer. It is the seller's responsibility to notify the buyer of their payment options and to send/deliver/hand over the item once payment it received. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the item purchased in a timely manner.
What if I am having trouble listing an item?
If you are having a technical issue listing an item or uploading images, please contact us through our contact page and we will respond to your enquiry within 48 hours.
There is no category for my item, where can I list it?
For items that do not fit within any of the existing categories (and are not on our list of
prohibited items) you can list them in the 'Miscellaneous' category.
The buyer won't pay, what can I do?
It is the member's responsibility to resolve and disputes which may arise. The Market Place does not become involved in disputes between members. Please see our
Dispute Policy for more information.
I have paid for an item but haven't received it. What can I do?

I have a business, can I advertise on this site?
Yes and please do! There are several advertising options available to businesses on The Market Place. You may list your business in our 'Business Services' category for only HK$50/listing/month. You may also purchase a banner position for maximum exposure. Please see our
